What You'll Be Doing:
•    Collaborating: Work closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to meet the financial needs of the business through data-driven projects.
•    Creating Reports & Budgets: Develop special studies, manage annual budgets, forecast expenses, and report on project performance.
•    Analyzing Data: Prepare and consolidate financial data for reporting, including variance explanations and cost analysis.

This Could Be a Perfect Fit If You:
•    Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•    Have 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
•    Possess exceptional data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel (ERP experience, particularly Oracle, is a plus).
•    Are ready to grow within a company and want to understand and contribute to various departmental functions.
