Job Title: Finishing Painter

Location: Lafayette, TN

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare painting surfaces prior to work.
• Mix, match, and apply paints and other finishes to various materials.
• Efficiently handle planning and preparation work.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in the surrounding area.
• Calculate required materials and time accurately.
• Maintain equipment, including cleaning, changing filters, and adjusting airflow.

Knowledge Required:

• Familiarity with Quality Standards and Raw Materials.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Competency in operating and controlling equipment.
• Flexibility and openness to change.

Skills Needed:

• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate necessary documentation.
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn equipment functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding and adherence to applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.

Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour, depending on experience.
