Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18-22 per hour based on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

What's a typical day as Fleet Maintenance Coordinator? You'll be:
- Greeting visitors and callers, routing and resolving information requests efficiently.
- Monitoring phone calls and emails, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ordering parts from vendors, issuing purchase orders, and receiving parts while ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Processing, tracking, and reviewing invoices and expenses while preparing correspondence or reports.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience with inventory basics and fleet operations, which is a must-have for this role. (REQUIRED)
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with floor technicians and team members.
- Are comfortable working onsite in a fleet shop environment and can handle emergency road calls and additional needs as they arise.
