Pay Rate: $20.50/hr.
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (plus mandatory overtime everyday)
Job Description:
An Electrical Wiring Distributor in Naperville is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating a cherry picker and demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. The company also offers training on Reach Truck equipment—an excellent opportunity for growth. This position requires the ability to work overtime on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a cherry picker and other warehouse equipment
Crosstrain and rotate through various warehouse duties, including:
Picking and packing orders
Unloading trucks
Manual wire cutting
Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience operating a cherry picker (REQUIRED)
Ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness and ability to work mandatory daily overtime
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications:
Forklift certification
Experience with warehouse management systems
