Job Description: IMPORTANT INFO: This job requires a lot of hours. 55-65 hours a week. This could mean 12-13 hour days.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of stocked and delivered inventory. Your responsibilities will include pulling materials from bins, loading materials onto trucks, and placing new material arrivals into storage. You will contribute to the mission of the organization through the daily execution of core values, which include safety leadership, customer satisfaction, business ethics, operational excellence, financial performance, teamwork, employee development, and community involvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Unload materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks while inspecting for quality.
  • Stock and transfer materials to appropriate storage locations based on predetermined sequences.
  • Mark materials with correct identifying information for easy reference.
  • Transfer materials to and from shops for modification purposes.
  • Assemble customer orders from stock and package them as per customer requirements.
  • Pull orders for delivery and manage stock-to-stock transfers, loading items onto trucks or transferring to packing areas using forklifts and other heavy equipment.
  • Prepare documentation for shipments via UPS, LTL, SHI, or Air.
  • Adhere to required safety policies, guidelines, and training.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and customer safety policies.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Report workplace hazards, injuries, or illnesses immediately.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) is preferred.
  • Ability to learn federal, health, and safety regulations.
  • Basic typing and computer skills.
  • Basic math skills and good reading comprehension.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English to communicate effectively and understand safety instructions.
  • Knowledge of company guidelines, including Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
