Forklift Operator (Reach Truck Preferred)
Location: Johns Creek, GA

Ready to take your warehouse experience to the next level? Kelly is seeking a Forklift Operator—preferably with reach truck experience—to join a top-tier medical device facility in Johns Creek, GA. You'll work in a clean, safe, and team-focused environment where your skills and attention to detail make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Raymond stand-up forklift and reach truck to move, stage, and replenish materials.
Use RF scanners to pick, track, and document product movement in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy while picking and replenishing products.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols.
Support production and order fulfillment through efficient material handling.
Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general warehouse tasks.
What You'll Need:
1–2 years of recent experience operating stand-up forklifts, with reach truck experience strongly preferred.
Valid forklift/reach truck certification or the ability to obtain.
Strong computer skills and confidence navigating multiple systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with RF scanners and accurate data entry in Warehouse Management Systems.
Attention to detail, quality assurance, and a commitment to safety.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment for extended periods.
Bonus Points:
Experience in regulated or cleanroom environments (medical device, pharmaceutical, etc.).
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or similar warehouse systems.
