Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Location: Vacaville, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM]
Pay Rate: $22 -$25 (DOE) Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will provide professional administrative support while ensuring excellent customer service to all guests and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage voicemails
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments, meeting rooms, and coordinate conference calls
- Assist with preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Support various administrative tasks and projects as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
