Now hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper for our property management client in Garden City, ID!
Pay: $50-$55k
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Location: Garden City, ID 83703
Position Type: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
- Monitor and manage budgeting for apartments and HOAs to support financial decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support strategic planning initiatives
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports for audits and regulatory compliance
- Stay up to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
