 Assembly / Production Workers Needed – Charlotte, NC 

Location: Woodpark Blvd Ste A, Charlotte, NC 28206
1st & 2nd Shift | $16.00–$16.50/hr
Assignment Type: Short-Term Assignment (Approx. 6 Weeks) – Potential for Extension Based on Performance

We're hiring Assembly / Production Workers in Charlotte for a fast-paced manufacturing environment where reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail matter.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble parts and components using work instructions or diagrams

  • Operate basic hand and power tools

  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards

  • Identify and report defects or shortages

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Meet daily production goals

  • Assist with packaging and labeling as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Employment Requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must be able to complete and pass a background check

  • Must be able to complete and pass an oral drug screening

Physical Requirements
  • Stand for extended periods

  • Lift up to 40 lbs

  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions

Work Environment
  • Manufacturing / production floor

  • Exposure to machinery and moderate noise

  • PPE required as applicable
