• Location: Brighton, MI 48116

• Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday, Saturday as required

• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire 
   

What's a typical day as a General Utility Associate? You will:

• Set up molds and read job travelers to understand production requirements

• Operate foam spray injectors to fill molds with the correct foam amount

• Perform trimming and floor coordination duties as assigned

• Adjust foam levels depending on part specifications and mold type

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure cushions and parts meet quality standards

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including removal and replacement of scrap

• Track and report waste and any product issues or process deviations

• Support team operations and communicate effectively with production leads

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

• 2 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience (foam experience a plus)

• Basic reading, writing, and computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Team-oriented mindset and motivation to learn new tasks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Steel-toed boots (other PPE provided onsite)
