Global Data Analyst – Spring House, PA

Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG , a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Global Data Analyst at one of our Global clients in Spring House, PA. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Title: Global Data Analyst
Location: Spring House (19477) – 100% onsite
Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO                                             
Hours: M-F first shift
Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data in global database
  • Ensure inventory is up to date at all times
  • Act as helpdesk for questions of users
  • Close collaboration with EMEA
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Data analysis overdues, root causes
  • Review/mine database information to update Laboratory Operations and customer dashboards.
  • Programming support to maintain Laboratory Operations and customer dashboards.
  • MS powers apps and Power automate, forms for internal data collection, maintaining dashboards etc.
  • Personal: a. Self-starter
b. Excellent attention to details
c. Able to work independently with minimal supervision or as a part of a team
d. Able to learn new skills quickly and with minimal instruction

Qualifications:
Computer skills/knowledge:
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Word is required.
  • Prior experience with CMMS system or other Enterprise Database is preferred.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate is preferred.
  • Programming skills is a plus.

Education:
  • HS Diploma is required
  • Associate or bachelor s degree in computer science, information systems or related field is a plus.
