Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $35/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Remote
Benefits: Med/Den/Vis, 401(K) PTO, Paid Holidays

What's a typical day as a Grant Coordinator? You'll be:
• Planning and coordinating regular meetings to ensure smooth operations within the grants process.
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to execute the intake, processing, checks, payment, and reconciliation of Educational Grants.
• Independently assembling relevant data and compiling pertinent statistics to track and measure process efficiencies.
• Interacting with internal and external sources, often at the upper-management level.
• Performing independent analysis of situations and determining best course of action for the process teams to proceed.
• Exercising independent discretion and judgment to solve complex problems regarding project, department, or division-related work.
• Contributing to improvements for processes and workflow, under supervision.
• Learning and then possessing in-depth knowledge of process/system objectives and corporate company policies and procedures
• Performing independent project, department, or company-related process work.
• Processing of high volume of grants in a timely fashion.


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years relevant experience.  Experience in grant management is preferred.
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment to solve complex problems.
• Are familiar with healthcare compliance laws and have experience processing paperwork in accordance with company policies and HCC laws.
