This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• Associate Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Technology with a Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing process, preferably in pharmaceutical/solutions filling manufacturing environment or Bachelor's Degree with a Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing process, preferably in pharmaceutical/solutions filling manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. 
• Computer literate. Hands-on experience on computer programs, such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point. 
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to interface well with other departments, and lead operators effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Available to work all shifts, rotating shift & weekends.

Position summary: Assists in implementing and coordinating daily activities in the manufacturing area to ensure manufacturing goals and project deadlines are met while maintaining compliance with current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs), environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines and any other regulations that apply.
