Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned biopharma professional to lead our Toxicology function. This individual will be instrumental in establishing and scaling toxicology operations from the ground up, contributing to the strategic direction of our cutting-edge pipeline. The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up environment and possesses a deep expertise in both small molecules and biologics, particularly antibody drug conjugates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive toxicology strategies to support the advancement of our innovative therapeutics.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate toxicological findings into drug development processes.
- Establish and maintain state-of-the-art toxicology laboratories and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and prepare submissions to health authorities.
- Act as a key advisor on safety assessments for small molecules and biologics.
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Toxicology, Pharmacology, or related field.
- Proven track record of building and leading toxicology functions within the biopharma industry.
- Extensive experience with both small molecules and biologics, including antibody drug conjugates.
- Demonstrated success in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
