Kelly Services is seeking a temporary Help Desk Technician to work in office at a government office in Orlando, FL 32806.

This is a temporary assignment- 
Duration- Pay- $18/hour
Schedule- Mon-Friday 8am-5pm + OT. Must be flexible to work overtime with little to no notice. 

Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and assigning help desk tickets, resolving hardware and software problems for end-users, developing and documenting procedures, as well as assisting with various IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assign help desk tickets in the ticketing system.
- Update Dashboard information regularly.
- Provide support to end-users in resolving hardware and software problems.
- Develop and document helpdesk procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with the maintenance of the cloud-based email solution, including user assignments in Active Directory.
- Perform repairs and backups of desktop computers when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with IS staff to resolve issues for departments and end-users.
- Create and maintain training manuals for third-party software used by staff members.
- Maintain printers by performing regular maintenance tasks and ensuring timely repairs when needed.
- Collaborate with Information Systems team members, vendors, and all employees within the office on various projects or tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or certification in Information Technology is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a help desk support role or similar technical support position.
Skills:
1. Strong problem-solving abilities: Ability to analyze complex issues quickly to provide effective solutions within specified timelines.
2. Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly with both technical professionals as well as non-tech savvy individuals using simple language that can be easily understood by all parties involved.

Other Requirements:
1. Flexibility: Ability to perform duties outside normal business hours if needed 
2. Team player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues from different departments or teams when required.
