Available Shift
1st shift: 8a-4.30p, Mon-Fri* at $25+/hr (depending on experience)
*plus occasional mandatory overtime on Sat

What's a typical day as an HR Generalist? You will:

• Assist with recruitment: posting positions, tracking applicants, scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees, including workplace tours and New Hire Orientations.
• Compile, analyze, and report HR data regarding staffing, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
• Maintain employee records and personnel confidentiality.
• Provide support for HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Assist with performance management, training, and development initiatives (e.g., harassment prevention, diversity, workplace behavior).
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
• Coordinate with payroll/benefits providers; audit payroll, verify hours, close and submit payroll for processing.
• Prepare reports/presentations for HR leadership and project management.
• Monitor systems such as PeopleNet Time Keeping and manage PTO requests and supplier payments.
• Identify and share process improvement trends in recruitment, retention, and engagement.
• Collect, manage, and analyze HR data (turnover, satisfaction, staffing).
• Develop regular/ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Possess strong computer / Microsoft Office (Excel) skills 
• Hold SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP Certification(s) (strongly preferred).
• Are bilingual Spanish/English on a professional level
• Have 4+ years experience working in HR
• Can manage multiple conflicting priorities.
• Have a Highschool Diploma or GED; College Degree preferred
• Have perfect attendance and a positive attitude.
