 Available Shift
 1st shift: 8a-4.30p, Mon-Fri* at $25+/hr (depending on experience)
 *plus occasional mandatory overtime on Sat

- Assist with recruitment: posting positions, tracking applicants, scheduling interviews.
 - Support onboarding and orientation for new employees, including workplace tours and New Hire Orientations.
 - Compile, analyze, and report HR data regarding staffing, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
 - Maintain employee records and personnel confidentiality.
 - Provide support for HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
 - Assist with performance management, training, and development initiatives (e.g., harassment prevention, diversity, workplace behavior).
 - Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
 - Coordinate with payroll/benefits providers; audit payroll, verify hours, close and submit payroll for processing.
 - Prepare reports/presentations for HR leadership and project management.
 - Monitor systems such as PeopleNet Time Keeping and manage PTO requests and supplier payments.
 - Identify and share process improvement trends in recruitment, retention, and engagement.
 - Collect, manage, and analyze HR data (turnover, satisfaction, staffing).
 - Develop regular/ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.
 
- Possess strong computer / Microsoft Office (Excel) skills
 - Hold SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP Certification(s) (strongly preferred).
 - Are bilingual Spanish/English on a professional level
 - Have 4+ years experience working in HR
 - Can manage multiple conflicting priorities.
 - Have a Highschool Diploma or GED; College Degree preferred
 - Have perfect attendance and a positive attitude.
