What's a typical day as a Human Resources Generalist III? You'll be:
• Assisting and supporting managers and employees in resolving Human Resource issues.
• Supporting a number of Human Resource processes/procedures in areas such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, safety and health, legal compliance, and employee communications.
• Participating in staffing and workforce planning activities, including establishing job requirements, candidate selection, and interviewing.
• Counseling and advising management on the interpretation of Human Resource/Company policies and procedures.
• Collecting and analyzing information/data to make appropriate decisions.
• Conducting and coordinating delivery of training courses.
• Participating in and/or leading projects to achieve Human Resource strategic and tactical goals.

• Have a strong background in Human Resources with a focus on analysis and issue resolution.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Are proficient in Power BI, Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Understand project management fundamentals and planning processes.
• Have a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Are able to work both independently and collaboratively.
