Kelly is seeking an HR Project Management Specialist to work with our Sunnyvale-based client, a leader in the biotech industry, on a temporary basis through the end of 2025. The HR Project Management Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing HR projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires managing resources, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring the alignment of project outcomes with organizational goals.
Specifically, the HR Project Management Specialist will:
- Provide support and tactical management to the HR Strategy & Program Management team
- Input and update data into relevant data management systems
- Provide support to HR managers, managers, and employees on HR processes and systems
- Keep organization charts up to date as directed
- Support managers and HR managers by providing timely information concerning their employees, company policy, and practices
- Answer HR process-related questions and act as a specialty expert
- Perform assignments where trust and accuracy are required
- Compose correspondence and reports for own or manager's signature
- Maintain filing and records management systems and other office flow procedures which may be confidential
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally within a program/project management function
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with data analytics preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated passion for internal customer satisfaction/problem solving
