Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $37-39 per hour

What's a typical day as HR Representative Jr.? You'll be:

  • Reviewing, correcting, and approving weekly payroll, and supporting employees and managers with payroll questions and issues.
  • Supporting employee investigations, resolutions to issues, and partnering with managers for disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinating leave of absences, accommodation requests, and proactively communicating HR policies and practices.
  • Leading exit survey interviews, supporting new employee orientation, and processing Workday tasks.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have no allergies to Cephalosporin or Penicillin.
  • Possess 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on payroll, benefits, or HR administration.
  • Are proficient in HRIS systems and payroll software, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can adapt to shifting priorities and meet employee needs in a 5-day, 3-shift operation.
  • Are skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with advanced Excel preferred.
