HRIS Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid
Pay Rate: $34.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Contract Type: Temporary to Hire

Kelly Services has joined recruiting efforts to support a dynamic organization in Dallas, TX seeking an HRIS Analyst! As an HRIS Analyst, you'll play a vital role in management, optimization, and support of HR systems and data.  If you have experience with HRIS systems, superb analytical skills, and a knack for problem-solving, this opportunity is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain, and execute processes withing the HRIS in support of the organization's data management and reporting needs.
  • Initiate, review, and approve employee lifecycle workflows including new hires, job changes, compensation updates, and terminations.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS.
  • Develop and maintain detailed queries and reports from various HS systems.
  • Evaluate, research, and deliver timely ad-hoc report request results.
  • Provide data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing routine HR system data audits.
  • Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
  • Prepare end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
  • Issue resolution and system validations for various HR systems including Employee and Manager Self Service processes, Hiring, Job Changes, Terminations, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, and Learning integrations.
  • Make process improvement recommendations and work on system projects.
  • Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades.
  • Provide Tier 1 support via internal ticketing tool (JIRA).
  • Assist other team members and customers as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in an HRIS (preferably SuccessFactors).
  • Advance MS Excel skills are required.
  • ADP, SuccessFactors, and timekeeping experience preferred.
  • Experience with system reporting tools (Business Objects) preferred.
  • Experience in supporting geographically dispersed customers/users.
  • Experience navigating backend system objects, workflows, permissions, or configurations.
  • System ownership and system imports exposure.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
