What's a typical day as Human Resource Investigator? You'll be:
- Investigating workplace issues and concerns raised through internal channels by taking statements from hourly employees.
- Preparing, tracking, and maintaining appropriate investigation documentation to ensure thorough case management.
- Managing employee data and statements with the utmost confidentiality, supporting a safe and healthy work environment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 5 or more years of experience conducting investigations, including interviewing and overall case management.
- Possess 2 or more years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong skills in employee relations and engagement.
- Hold a High School Diploma/GED; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
