Human Resources Manager
Aiken, SC
5 days onsite
Salary $100-120k

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations at Aiken, SC manufacturing facility.
This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, internal communication, talent development, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and talent retention.
  • Foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and supported.
  • Establish effective internal communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, aligning hiring efforts with business goals.
  • Oversee talent management, including performance evaluations, career development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor, providing insights that support business decision-making.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal alignment.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, promoting adaptability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant HR leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, DEI principles, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
Preferred:
  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR Management).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
