Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We're seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to join our team onsite in Adairsville, GA. This is a high-impact role for an HR professional who's ready to lead people strategies, support employee success, and ensure compliance across multiple states. You'll serve as a key advisor to leadership while creating a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.

- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance workforce performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, fostering transparent communication between staff and leadership.
- Maintain a collaborative and respectful workplace culture, encouraging fairness, inclusion, and engagement.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer performance management programs, including reviews, KPIs, and coaching.
- Ensure every role has an up-to-date job description and clear expectations.
- Process bi-monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with California and multi-state labor laws, discrimination laws, and internal policies.
- Collaborate on employee training and provide the necessary tools and support for professional growth.
- Maintain and update employee benefits, compensation plans, and HR records.
- Handle customer contract reviews, employee disputes, and HR legal matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Travel 1-2 times a year to our California warehouse to support HR initiatives and maintain consistent communication with remote operations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR management.
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and experience managing multi-state HR compliance.
- Strong understanding of discrimination laws, payroll administration, and performance evaluation processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, objectivity, and professionalism at all times.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
