Treasury Management Customer Analyst
Hybrid3 days in office|?Contract-Hire
Farmington Hills, MI
Payrate: $25.00/hr

Kelly Services is seeking a detail?driven, customer?focused Treasury Management Analyst to join a fast?paced, global team. In this role, you'll support high?volume wire transfers and account changes for a national portfolio of over 13,000 Banking?as?a?Service clients across the U.S., Mexico, Europe, and Southeast Asia. What You'll Do

  • Support and process day?to?day wire volume and Treasury service changes
  • Research and resolve client requests across 30+ internal systems (Hogan DDA, PEP+, PEGA, TMCC, ARP, EDI, ECIS, etc.)
  • Coordinate seamless, error?free implementations of Treasury Management products
  • Provide basic training and “how?to” support on 40+ TM products and services
  • Spot and escalate red flags for fraud or high?risk activity in time?critical scenarios
  • Partner with internal teams (Relationship Center, Specialists, Fraud, Ops) to meet case?management and delivery SLAs
  • Receive and review candidate submittals—provide hiring feedback or interview requests within 24–48?hours to ensure speed in a competitive market

-2- 5 years of banking/financial?services experience
-?3+ years of customer?service experience in banking/financial services
-?2+ years working with Treasury products & services (wire transfers preferred)
-?HS diploma or equivalent required
-?Strong written communication skills; comfortable responding by email and phone
-?Ability to work independently—with occasional virtual training and check?ins with a remote manager
-?Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and key banking systems A Typical Day
  • Log in at your scheduled shift (7?AM–4?PM?ET for Michigan)
  • Triage high?volume inbound emails and calls from clients across all lines of business
  • Process “add/change/delete” requests for accounts or services, ensuring all actions meet internal SLAs
  • Dive into complex, multi?layer research to resolve escalations or special project requests
  • Document every interaction and update workflow systems to maintain complete audit trails
  • Escalate urgent fraud or compliance issues to management as needed
