Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.64 per hour
Hours of Operation: 7:00 am- 3:00 pm

- Performing routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
- Conducting general building repairs, including painting, patching, carpentry, and minor drywall work.
- Responding to maintenance service requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, supplies, and equipment.
- Assembling, moving, and repairing facility furniture and equipment as needed.
- Assisting with setup and teardown for events, meetings, or facility moves.
- Completing exterior maintenance tasks, such as snow removal, landscaping, and parking lot upkeep.
- Following safety procedures and guidelines in all work.
- Collaborating with outside contractors and maintaining records of maintenance tasks.
- Supporting emergency facility needs, including after-hours issues or inclement weather responses.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school preferred).
- Have 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
- Possess basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Are proficient with both hand and power tools and understand workplace safety.
- Can lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Are reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team.
- Are flexible to work evenings, weekends, or on-call hours, and can adapt to changing priorities.
