Job Title: Infrastructure Support
Location: Moline, IL
Assignment Length: 12 months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG working for John Deere)
Shift Information: This team is working a hybrid schedule (3 days/week onsite – the team hasn't decided on set days to be in the office currently). The hybrid schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the group. Candidates will be required to 100% onsite for the first 1-2 months of the assignment, and then will be allowed to work the hybrid schedule once they're fully trained and integrated into the team.
Pay Rate: $32.00ph
Job Description:
Responsible for monitoring, managing, reporting, collaborating, and triaging of changes to the information technology infrastructure within established processes. Works on low complexity infrastructure problems; routine changes and improvements to existing processes, with review. The role provides infrastructure support at a basic level to deliver functionality on a defined portion of a single infrastructure technology. Delivers infrastructure technology for multi-functional business. May have some interaction with functional business partners on tactical issues and limited contact with suppliers.
Skill Set Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience required for the following skill set.
- Experience with the following Infrastructure support activities: monitoring (primary responsibility), managing, reporting, collaborating, and triaging of changes to the information technology infrastructure within established processes.
- Experience in infrastructure and application domain functions.
- Practical experience in monitoring and managing, event, change and incident management.
- Must be able to perform and apply information analysis to resolve infrastructure problems.
- Demonstrated experience with identifying, analyzing, selecting, and applying (with guidance) the appropriate new information technology infrastructure components within a diverse environment as required to support strategic business plans and processes.
- Experience with working in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and able to support Oncall if needed, 24X7 work rotation as needed.
