Instructional/Graphic Designer

Kelly Services is currently seeking an Instructional Graphic Designer for one of our top clients in Santa Clara, CA.

  • Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking an Instructional Graphic Designer for a long-term engagement with one of our Global clients in Santa Clara, CA.  This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

As an Instructional Graphic Designer placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:
The primary responsibilities of the Instructional Graphic Designer are to design and develop engaging sales training content using the Adobe Suite of Products, Articulate 360, Vyond, Synthesia and Camtasia.

The ideal candidate has a passion for learning and engaging storytelling and:
  • Can work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Works well under deadlines in a constantly changing environment.
  • Has strong organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Is customer service focused and responsive.
  • Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative.
  • Is highly proficient with Articulate 360, including: Storyline and Rise
  • Is highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud - e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator.
  • Is detail-oriented with all work, and specifically regarding visual elements and company branding, and course functionality.

Must Haves:
  • 3+ years in instructional design or eLearning development.
  • Proven experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
  • Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Expertise in ADDIE or similar instructional design models.
  • Strong visual design, video editing, and animation skills.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
 
Pluses:
  • Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or other rapid development tools.
  • Certifications: ATD, CPTD, or equivalent.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and storyboard eLearning courses and videos.
  • Conduct needs analysis and learner assessments.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide LMS support and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling learning content including sales enablement content (role play, customer persona, CRM resources).
  • Create visually appealing and learner-centric eLearning courses based on established storyboards and company branding guidelines.
  • Assist in the development and administrative engagement with the learning management system and it's integration into the ancillary learning modalities.
  • Revise and update existing courses based on a pre-defined style.
  • Work with subject matter experts to review content and address changes and revisions in a timely manner.
  • Remain up to date with trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
