A forward-thinking audience marketing team is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for high-impact, insight-driven campaigns targeted at key strategic audiences—primarily parents and families. This role blends audience strategy, brand storytelling, and integrated multi-channel campaign management to build meaningful connections and drive measurable engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies focused on parents and families, ensuring relevance in culture and day-to-day life.
  • Create multi-channel campaigns to increase awareness and engagement, including content, sponsorships, influencer activations, and evergreen initiatives.
  • Collaborate with brand, social, creative, and media teams for cohesive campaign development from ideation through execution.
  • Utilize data and audience insights to inform campaign positioning, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Identify and capitalize on cultural and seasonal moments that matter to target audiences, connecting them through tailored campaigns.
  • Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance; share learning and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Advocate for audience insights across the broader marketing organization, ensuring authentic and resonant storytelling aligned with family and parent needs.
Qualifications
  • 6–8 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or audience strategy—preferably within consumer technology, retail, or family-focused sectors.
  • Proven ability to translate audience insights into creative marketing strategies that drive engagement and business results.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns across content, influencer, sponsorship, and paid media.
  • Deep familiarity with cultural and behavioral trends relevant to parents and families.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, working effectively across brand, social, creative, and media partners.
  • Balanced ability in strategic vision and operational precision; can shape long-term direction and deliver results with clarity.
