Inventory Control Associate

Location: Chantilly, VA
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through daily material pulls, audits, and transaction tracking. This role supports secure operations by ensuring compliance with PCI security regulations while working closely with the Vault Manager and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull daily materials and complete inventory transactions to ensure accuracy

  • Perform daily and monthly inventory audits as required

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, notify the Vault Manager promptly, and resolve issues within 24 hours

  • Process scraps, destructions, customer requests, and inventory deductions in accordance with established work instructions

  • Prepare secure and non-secure outgoing shipments in compliance with PCI security regulations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Work collaboratively with team members to support operational efficiency

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English

  • Basic math skills with the ability to collect, review, and analyze data

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow issues through to resolution

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and responsible with a strong attendance and punctuality record

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience

  • Familiarity with secure handling or regulated environments

  • Experience working with audit processes or inventory management systems
