Now Hiring: Inventory Lead | $23.50/hr | Overtime Available

Location: Perris CA 92570
Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday–Friday, Full-Time + Overtime)
Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour

Kelly® is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Inventory Lead to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a bilingual setting, enjoys investigative work, and has hands-on equipment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
• Operate a cherry picker and assist in warehouse operations
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Create and send customer-facing inventory reports and emails
• Communicate goals and updates clearly with the team
• Work heavily in Excel to manage data and reporting
• Support daily operations using RF scanners and familiarity with office products

Requirements:

• Cherry picker experience – required
• Bilingual in Spanish – required (written and spoken)
• Strong inventory knowledge and best practices
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to manage reports
• Strong math, organization, and communication skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
