What's next for you? This great job. Join the Kelly® team as a Manufacturing IT Support Specialist in Laurinburg, NC. 

Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Payrate: $30-$33 per hour, depending on experience
Duration: approximately 10 weeks for cross-training and paternity leave coverage

IT Specialist Job Summary:
- Manufacturing IT role supporting 2 main sites, with 15% travel to up to 4 other sites (all within 2 hours drive of the main site)
- You will be responsible for providing IT support to the workers in the warehouse and on the manufacturing floor
- You will troubleshoot technical issues, assess and prioritize/triage issues, and respond to and resolve service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Use of handheld devices and tablets on the job is included

IT Specialist Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an IT field (preferred); HS Diploma/GED + IT experience within a manufacturing environment is required in lieu of a degree
- Ideal candidates will have Manufacturing, Data, Analytics, and Services (MDAS) experience
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
