Position: Junior Greenhouse Inside Sales Rep
Location: South Windsor, Connecticut
Compensation: $60K a year
Onsite: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with OT

Now, looking for a Junior Greenhouse Sales Specialist to join our dynamic inside sales team. You'll connect with inbound prospects—no cold calling—and guide them through the process of choosing the right custom-building solutions. This is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment where your success directly fuels your earnings.
What You'll Do:
- Engage with warm leads via phone and web inquiries—no cold calling required.
- Close deals on high-value commercial buildings and accessories.
- Make outbound follow-ups on bids, quotes, and customer questions.
- Cross-sell, upsell, and keep the momentum moving toward the close.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver seamless customer experience.
- Occasionally represent the company at trade shows and events.
- Mentor new team members and contribute to strategic projects.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental, biology or plant science required
- Comfort managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Team player mentality with a proactive attitude.
- A passion for delivering results.
