Schedule:
- Shift 1 (Boxing): 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Shift 2 (Shipping): 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
We are seeking Assemblers to join our team in Tempe, AZ. In this role, you will assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and/or electrical/electronic systems to build subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units. You'll use hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment during assembly. Responsibilities include fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements, as well as repairing units or products that fail to meet requirements.
Requirements:
- Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training
- Ability to follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines
- Basic technical knowledge limited to tasks performed in own discipline
- Tasks are generally routine, manual, and follow detailed rules/instructions
- Expected to make simple judgments in straightforward situations by selecting between established solutions
- No experience required
- Shipping and Boxing positions available for each respective shift
- The role is hands-on and requires attention to detail
