Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.40/hour Shift:

2nd shift Monday - Friday 2:45pm-11pm

What's a typical day as a Kitting Associate? You'll be:
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, following SOPs for all assigned tasks
  • Unloading, organizing, and storing products in designated warehouse areas to ensure proper inventory management
  • Bagging and arranging parts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with regular counts and paperwork
  • Attaching identification tags and labels to containers, and preparing reports on inventory levels and shortages
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling
  • Performing SAP transactions to record inventory movements and following established work instructions
  • Maintaining a clean, hazard-free work area in compliance with safety protocols and 6S standards
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and train new team members as needed
  • Proactively adhering to all safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements while reporting hazards and participating in safety initiatives
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have previous experience in a warehouse, kitting, or assembly environment (preferred but not required)
  • Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Are able to stand, lift, and move materials throughout your shift
  • Are committed to following safety protocols and company procedures
  • Are willing and able to work the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday
