Pay Rate: Competitive pay rate based on experience.

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm  (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

What's a typical day as an L&D Contractor? You'll be:
• Deploying high-quality learning deliverables against aggressive timelines
• Supporting various administrative functions associated with the HCSC Learning Management System (LMS)
• Liaising with service partner SumTotal and providing updates on LMS-specific activity
• Running LMS reports and conducting testing/quality controls
• Migrating content and data from other LMS environments

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor Degree
• Have 5 years of instructional design and development experience
• Have a background in adult learning, human capital, or business consulting
• Are an expert in Articulate Storyline, Captivate, HTML5
• Have experience with LMS administration
• Possess a thorough knowledge of adult learning concepts
