Lab Technician II - Join Our Growing Life Sciences Team!

About the Role:
As a Lab Technician II, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. You'll perform a variety of microbiological tests, monitor our cleanroom environment, and contribute to our quality control processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your expertise in a regulated environment and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in life sciences.
What You'll Do:

  • Conduct microbiological testing: bioburden, endotoxin, growth promotion, TOC & conductivity.
  • Perform environmental monitoring in ISO 7 & 8 cleanrooms (ISO 5 experience a plus!).
  • Collect and test water samples.
  • Inspect and test raw materials, in-process, and final products.
  • Analyze data, investigate monitoring excursions, and contribute to trending reports.
  • Maintain equipment, inventory, and solutions.
  • Develop and revise SOPs and forms.
  • Assist with OOS investigations, non-conformances, and CAPAs.
  • Prepare for and participate in FDA and customer audits.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field.
  • 2-4 years' experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or other cGMP-regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and standard laboratory practices.
  • Experience with environmental monitoring and water sampling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with FDA and/or ISO quality standards (ISO 13485 preferred).
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and identify deviations.
  • Experience working in ISO Class 7 & 8 cleanrooms preferred.
