¿Buscas crecer y evolucionar? ¡Kelly® tiene una oportunidad para ti! Estamos buscando un Líder de línea en producción para el Departamento de Empaque en nuestra fabrica, BIC, en Charlotte, NC.

Información de Pago:

Salario inicial - $16.50 por hora. Una vez completamente capacitado y certificado, el salario aumentará a $20.90 por hora.

Turno:

Turno de 2:45 PM a 10:45 PM (puede extenderse hasta las 11 PM algunos días) con horas extras obligatorias los sábados según sea necesario. Debes estar disponible para trabajar horas extras, fines de semana y días festivos según sea necesario.

¿Cómo es un día típico como Líder de Equipo?

• Recibir prioridades de trabajo del Asistente de Turno y preparar pedidos para el equipo.
• Asegurar que los productos estén listos en la línea.
• Mantener la velocidad de la máquina y confirmar que RDID y blisters estén funcionando antes de que el equipo llegue a la línea.
• Asistir al equipo en la construcción de exhibiciones, revisar pedidos parciales, almacenar productos y gestionar desperdicios para alinear los próximos pasos y/o la eliminación.
• Comunicar la preparación de las máquinas y colaborar con mantenimiento.

Requisitos:

• Diploma de secundaria o GED y habilidades básicas en computación.
• Bilingüe en inglés y español.
• Experiencia previa como líder de equipo en producción, almacén o entorno de fabricación.
• Atención al detalle y sólidas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
• Capacidad para levantar hasta 40 libras y estar de pie durante más de 8 horas.
