  • Generate, analyze, and summarize weekly and ad-hoc reports to identify gaps, trends, and process improvement opportunities.

  • Maintain close communication with overseas vendors, carriers, and freight forwarders to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Support freight audit activities by gathering rate data, reviewing invoices, and identifying discrepancies.

  • Code and process freight invoices through internal systems (BBS and TAP); upload freight bills to cost accounting systems and ensure timely approvals.

  • Manage EDI import records and perform record retention duties in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Handle export inquiries and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company documentation standards.

  • Provide spot quotes for air freight using global logistics software.

  • Support system testing and implementation of enhancements or upgrades.

  • Conduct internal compliance audits and support corrective action initiatives.

  • Perform data gathering and root cause analysis related to key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Maintain and support free trade agreement databases, including USMCA certificates.

  • Serve as backup for critical import and export processes as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

  • 1–3 years of experience in international logistics, import/export coordination, or global supply chain operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in time-sensitive, fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities with minimal supervision.
