Job Title: Logistics – Cycle Counter
Location: Savannah, GA
Department: Quality Assurance
Reports To: Quality Assurance Manager
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 3:45 PM)
Experience: Cycle counting and inventory experience required
Job Summary:
As a Logistics Cycle Counter, you will ensure inventory integrity by supporting compliance with established procedures and processes. You'll work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to conduct cycle counts, internal audits, and slot profiling. This role is essential for maintaining quality control and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with quality assurance tasks
- Review procedures for compliance and address discrepancies
- Collect, analyze, and report inventory data
- Prepare measurement standards for quality compliance
- Conduct audits and assist with corrective actions
- Slot profiling to optimize pick locations and improve productivity
- Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy

- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to read, write, and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail

- Experience using computerized hand-held devices

- Material control experience
- Will work in both temperature-controlled and non-temperature-controlled environments, with exposure to cold, heat, humidity, and weather changes
- Occasional work in refrigerated areas
- Moderate to loud noise levels, with some dust and fumes due to equipment
- Regular, reliable attendance is required
- Frequently operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts
- Able to stand, walk, reach, lift, and carry throughout the shift
- Able to stack, unstack, and relocate large quantities of product
- Capable of lifting 50-65 lbs, including some overhead lifting
- Specific vision abilities needed (close and distance vision, ability to judge distance)
