Experienced Driver/Material Handler Needed!

Schedule: Sun-Wed 7am-7pm
Location: Ballston Spa, NY 12020
Rate of Pay: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and Processing:

• Unload trucks and check incoming shipments against orders
• Inspect received items for damage and accuracy
• Process and store products in appropriate locations within the warehouse

Order Picking and Packing:

• Accurately pick customer orders from storage
• Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipping
• Ensure that all orders are complete and accurately labeled

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Replenish stock as needed

Equipment Operation:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
• Follow safety protocols to ensure safe operation of all machinery

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Clean Driver's license
• DOT Certification 
• Ability to operate a delivery vehicle
• Data Entry 
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel
• Forklift certification and experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with SAP warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team is a MUST!
• Reliability and punctuality
