Logistics Supervisor – Lubbock, TX

Pay: $24 – $35/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations with a strong focus on ERP systems and international import/export compliance. Key Responsibilities-
Supervise logistics operations including receiving, shipping, warehousing, and inventory control for a team of 4–5 staff

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and documentation standards

Manage and optimize ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) for streamlined operations

Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries

Track and analyze KPIs, driving performance improvements and operational efficiency

Resolve customs and shipping issues such as delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions

Train, coach, and lead logistics staff to maintain a high-performing team

Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field

4+ years of hands-on ERP system experience (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)

Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and international shipping protocols

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and communication skills

Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
(Note: 10+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) -
Certifications such as APICS, CILT, or equivalent

Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
