Machine Operator- Opening on 1st and 2nd Shift  

This role involves critical responsibilities and skills essential for maintaining efficient production in various industrial environments. Here's an overview of the position, its requirements, and necessary proficiencies: Responsibilities:

  • Set Up and Operation: Prepare machines and operate them following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to prevent downtime.
  • Quality Control: Inspect parts against specifications and adjust machine settings as needed to uphold quality standards.
  • Communication: Collaborate with team members to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
Skills and Proficiencies:
  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • Mechanical Familiarity: Understand mechanical processes related to machine operations.
  • Production Procedures Knowledge: Familiarity with production processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess machine performance and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in monitoring and maintaining quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Capability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Physical Strength and Stamina: Ability to handle heavy equipment and sustain prolonged physical activity.
  • Independent Work: Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple machines or tasks simultaneously to ensure productivity.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Instructions Compliance: Reliance on pre-set guidelines with minimal need for independent decision-making.
  • Reporting Structure: Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
  • 1st Shift is 8AM-5PM 
  • 2nd Shift is 2PM-10PM
