Now Hiring: Machine Assembler
Location: Farmington, CT
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime Available)
Pay: $25.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Machine Assembler to join our team. This position requires hands-on mechanical ability, close attention to detail, and the ability to work from technical drawings and schematics. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in machine assembly or a related manufacturing role.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex mechanical assemblies with precision.
  • Use measurement tools in both inch and metric units.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, part lists, and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
  • Troubleshoot assembly and fitment issues as they arise.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to processes, workflow, and safety.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Participate in team meetings and follow through on related actions.
  • Support SYNCHRO processes and Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Work overtime as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in machine tool assembly or
    5 years in machine tool part manufacturing, maintenance, or service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform repetitive motion tasks.
  • Familiarity with assembly documentation and part lists.
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and schematics.
  • Experience using accurate measuring instruments.
  • Electrical wiring and computer skills are a plus.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
