Shift: Mon-Fri 2:30pm-12:00am
Hourly rate $16.95/ hour
Temp to hire role 

What's a typical day as a Machine Operator- Stager:

  • The primary responsibility of the Machine Operator- Stager- Debox/Slurry – (general labor)
  • • Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
    • Continuous bending, stooping, reaching, and squatting
    • Around different smells, ingredients, and food product
    • Prolonged standing & walking on concrete floors
    • Read & follow product specifications
    • Weighting out Product
    • Assemble & disassemble equipment
    • Responsible for accuracy of raw material mixture (GMP)
    • Cleaning between batches
    • Operate a floor jack
    • Follow safety procedures
    • Basic Math / Able to use calculator
    • Will report to Supervisor
    • Overtime required
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Minimum Requirements:
  •  High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
  •  Must be able to speak and understand English effectively
  • At least 6 months of similar/same manufacturing experience
Preferred Requirements:
 Machine Operator 6 months  of food manufacturing experience

General Requirements:
  • Effectively communicate in English
  •  Meet physical requirements stand, stretch, lift 2-50lb and work on all weather.
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations and operate scales in grams and kilograms
  • Follow good manufacturing practices, work safely and achieve results in a team environment
  •  Be punctual and meet expectations for regular attendance
  • Attention to detail and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Be able to operate standard walkie equipment.
  • Attend all Safety, Health and Environmental Training as required, and participate in Kerry's Eye for
  • Safety, Quality and Environmental Programs
