2nd shift Monday-Friday 3 pm to 1:30 am
$28.50 per hour

What's a typical day as a Packer/Machine Operator? You'll be:
• Operating a machine to create batches of sauces
• Weigh, mix, and combine ingredients to create products
• Ensure ingredients are stored properly and won't spoil the batch
• Collaborate with quality assurance to make adjustments to batches based on results
• Record lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates.
• Clean and sanitize batching equipment and fillers. 
• Operate a forklift to load and move ingredients.
• Perform quality checks
• Stacking boxes onto pallets at the end of the line
• Palletizing freight
• Troubleshoot, solve, and/or escalate issues that may arise during the shift
• Pre-plan next task before completion of current task
• Perform lock out / tag out procedures on machines
• Training will take place on day shift 5 am to 3:30 pm for a minimum of 90 days. Once training concludes, job will switch to second shift 3 pm to 1:30 am

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Can lift 50 pounds repeatedly and walk, bend, stoop, stand, push and move throughout shift
• Have machine operation experience/knowledge
• Forklift experience preferred
• Have prior experience with GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Work effectively with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic team environment with constantly evolving roles and responsibilities
• Have a GED or HSD

Jobs require lifting 35-50 lbs. repeatedly, bending, reaching, stooping, walking and moving all shift.
