Now Hiring: Machine Operator – $19/hr
Location: Fargo, ND
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Kelly is seeking a Machine Operator to join our client's team. This is a great opportunity to build your skills and gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while enjoying a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating a roto molding machine to produce custom tanks

• Regulating molding temperature, volume, pressure, and time

• Identifying and resolving jams, calibrations, and adjustments

• Pouring product, removing cured molds, and cutting excess material

• Inspecting finished products for quality and defects

What You Need to Succeed:

• Basic math skills, including the ability to read a ruler

• Basic computer skills

• Willingness and eagerness to learn

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
