Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday - 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Earth City, MO, responsible for the production of receipt paper for renowned companies such as Cracker Barrel and Hardee's. The ideal candidate will operate machinery efficiently to ensure continuous production, maintain quality standards, and adhere to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines used in the production of receipt paper, ensuring consistent output and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain optimal machine performance.
• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Keep accurate records of production output and any discrepancies encountered during the shift.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to Earth City, MO.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
