Position Overview
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating production machinery, ensuring quality output, and supporting manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.
Multiple openings for 1st and 3rd shift.

Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery while monitoring quality and performance.
  • Perform minor machine adjustments using hand tools.
  • Conduct production, quality inspection, and mailing of materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Document and audit logs for production, inventory, ISO controls, and finished goods.
  • Handle shredding of destruction materials and stock preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the shop floor.
  • Assist other operators and provide machine coverage during breaks.
  • Review job sheets and approved proofs for customer specifications.
  • Communicate quality, production, or maintenance issues to supervisors.
  • Diagnose and repair minor machine issues using training and experience.
  • Ensure smooth shift transitions by conveying job and machine status.
  • Provide feedback on training and manuals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of hand tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, typing).
  • Ability to prioritize workload and troubleshoot routine machine issues.
  • Accurate documentation of checklists.
  • Ability to interpret and follow SOPs and work instructions.
  • Ability to work effectively and courteously with co-workers.
  • Technical education or experience preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance from the U.S. State Department.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Up to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Up to 1 year of machine or IT experience.
  • Experience operating production machinery.

Physical Demands
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Safety shoes and PPE required per local policy.
  • Ability to distinguish colors across the full spectrum.
  • Regular repetitive motion and excellent eye-hand coordination.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
