Pay Rate: $17.35/hr - $18.35/hr

Schedule:

• Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: Rotating schedule

• Mandatory overtime required

Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator / High Speed Insert Operator, you will:

• Operate high-speed insertion equipment to assemble and process various statements and client output.

• Interpret and follow production orders to determine job specifications before execution.

• Maintain high levels of print and insertion quality throughout production runs.

• Perform preventative maintenance and conduct authorized repairs as needed.

• Assemble printed materials into final products and ensure correct distribution to designated destinations.

• Set up and operate automated equipment that may include cutting, bursting, binding, folding, inserting, labeling, stitching, and trimming.

• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to production standards.

• Support a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Qualifications

This role might be a great fit if you:

• Have prior experience with machine operation, high-speed equipment, or mailing/print production (preferred).

• Possess strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

• Are detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Are comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.

• Are willing to work rotating schedules and mandatory overtime.
