Kelly Services is hiring a Receiving Clerk – Manufacturing in Farmington!

If you enjoy hands-on warehouse work and keeping production stocked with the right materials, this role puts you in the center of daily operations. You'll move, deliver, and organize parts across the facility, helping maintain accuracy and flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Operate a forklift daily to unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility
  • Receive inbound shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Process goods receipts, inventory moves, and stock updates in SAP
  • Label, stage, and stock materials in designated warehouse and production locations
  • Pull and deliver materials to production and assembly areas as needed
  • Perform visual inspections to identify damage, shortages, or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and material traceability
  • Support 5S, safety, and organization standards across receiving and warehouse areas

What You'll Bring
  • Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in receiving, material handling, or manufacturing warehouse environments
  • SAP or ERP system experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety-focused work habits

Schedule & Pay
  • Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Full-Time
  • $18.00–$19.00/hr | Weekly Pay
  • Long-Term Temp with potential for full-time hire
